My 8-month old is still consuming every spare minute, so I don't update as noticeably right now, although I am still doing stuff (added more to the animal pages recently, for example. And am working on a 'Baby' section). I don't think there are exactly too many people paying attention to this, so I'm not concerned with having few updates for a while. Also, to have an honestly good site, with as much information as I think a full homeschool program needs, will take years to create anyway. Assuming my host doesn't go out of business suddenly one day, I'll just keep slowly adding stuff and perhaps eventually there will be enough information here to actually be helpful.
As for now, here's a recommended site:
https://www.youtube.com/user/crashcourse
This is (obviously) a Youtube site. The makers have created very short (approx. 15 mins), humorous, yet informative videos on all sorts of educational topics. I believe they were originally known for their history courses, but became so popular that they've expanded to just about everything (literature, philosophy, economics, chemistry...). If you want a very brief overview of something that you might learn in high school or college, this site makes for a perfect visual introduction.
